Thinking about your fertility or planning to get pregnant?
If you’re curious about your fertility or starting to think about having a baby, we’re here to help you feel informed, prepared, and empowered. After your first Frame visit, your care plan may include:
- Fertility testing: Check your hormone levels to get a clearer picture of your egg supply.
- Genetic carrier screening (optional): Find out if you or your partner carry any inherited conditions that could impact a future pregnancy.
- Health check: Make sure your body is ready for pregnancy.
- Lifestyle tips: Build healthy habits like managing stress, eating well, and cutting back on caffeine.
- Planning and education: Learn how to track ovulation, time intercourse and start prenatal vitamins.
Have irregular cycles or suspect a condition like PCOS?
We’ll help you get the right diagnostic testing and provide a care plan tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll explore next steps and lifestyle factors that can improve your health and fertility. If needed, we can also prescribe medication for ovulation induction (OI).
Trying to get pregnant but it’s not happening?
If you’ve been trying to conceive and it’s taking longer than expected—you’re not alone. We’ll help you figure out what could be the root cause(s) of not getting pregnant. In general, both age and how long you’ve been trying to get pregnant are factored into which next steps are recommended.
If it’s time to explore fertility clinic options, we can:
- Refer you to a trusted fertility clinic
- Order and help you complete key fertility tests and imaging, including:
- A comprehensive fertility lab panel
- Semen analysis (if you have a male partner)
- Genetic carrier screening
- Pelvic ultrasound to assess your reproductive health
Considering egg freezing?
Egg freezing involves retrieving and preserving your eggs to potentially use later, giving you more flexibility in your family building timeline. If you’re considering egg freezing, we’ll walk you through what to expect and think through what may be the right next steps for you. If you choose to move forward, your next steps may include:
- A referral to a reputable fertility clinic for egg retrieval and freezing
- Optional support from a Frame fertility coach to guide you through the emotional, physical, and logistical aspects of the journey
You're not alone—we're with you
We know this journey can be overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. At Frame, we’re here to make fertility care more accessible, personalized, and supportive. Whether you’re just starting to explore your options or ready to take the next step, we’re here to support you. Book your Frame visit here.

FAQ
Is Frame covered by insurance?
Frame is billed to your insurance as part of your care with Privia Women’s Health, just like all of your other care with them. Depending on your insurance plan design (e.g., PPO, HDHP) and the type of care you receive from Frame, you may have a copay or an amount towards your deductible. Most insurance companies list the different copay amounts right on your card, and Frame’s care is most often categorized as a specialist. However, it may vary based on your insurance type. You can also use your HSA/FSA to pay for any copays and services.
We encourage you to contact your insurance company regarding coverage. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or need any guidance about what to ask when you call your insurance. You can always email us at careteam@frameyourfuture.com.
Note: Frame is not enrolled with federal or state healthcare programs, such as Medicare and Medicaid, so we cannot accept Medicare or Medicaid health insurance.
What will the initial Frame visit cover?
We work hard at Frame to ensure that every visit focuses on your questions and next steps. Your first visit will focus on your goals and what you can (and cannot) control. You’ll leave with clear next steps on what to do next. Patients often find this initial visit to be incredibly clarifying and anxiety-reducing.
Do you provide in-person care?
No. We only provide virtual care / telemedicine at this time. Your Frame Care Team offers on-call care and support to answer any questions you may have. We communicate with your Privia provider and facilitate any follow-up in-person care.
Can you test my male partner?
Yes! We can order a semen analysis, review results, and refer your partner to the appropriate clinic if they’re in need of more care.
How do I reschedule or cancel my Frame visit?
For any scheduled Frame visit, excluding on-demand chat-based care interactions, please email us at careteam@frameyourfuture.com at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of your visit to cancel or reschedule.
